Character Usage

All characters used in my artwork are the intellectual property of myself (Traci Vermeesch) unless I say otherwise. This includes any original names. You may not claim my characters or character designs as your own characters! (In other words, don’t post a picture of one of my wolf characters and say that it is your super werewolf character that you use to play DnD).

If you want to draw fan art of my characters, you don’t even have to ask since I love fan art. All I ask that it is no more then PG13 in rating and that you send me a copy of it so I can post it on the guest art section of my homepage.
My characters are my babies so I am usually less forgiving with people who try to steal my characters then I am with my artwork.

I will not give permission for you to write stories about my characters, use them in your movies/trading cards/whatever, or anything else along those lines... so please don't ask!

I may be willing to do commissions of my own characters, but please ask first. As long as what you want fits my character, I will most likely be willing to do it. If what you asks for involves changing either my character's personality or appearance, I will most likely say no.

Unless it is a gift for me, please do not commission other artists to draw my characters.





Usage of my Alien Species and the AW Worlds

Pretty much the same thing as my character usage with one difference.
At this time I am not allowing anybody to make personal characters from my alien and Theran species. This includes both ferals and sentients.
I'm sorry to have to do this, but the more I think about it, the more that I believe that one of my brainchildren will end up being misused and/or misrepresented. I also believe that someone who dosen't know me very well wouldn't know enough about the species in question and the Azura'T'Oris worlds to make a proper character.

I will make exceptions to this. I may allow someone to make a character of one of my races if they know me as both a person and an artist very well and have a very good inderstanding of my worlds and species... IE close friends. Permission to make characters from my species are pretty much gifts that I give to good friends and loved ones.
